Local record label to hold gig showcasing young talent of the town.

Burnt out Records, the innovative student run record label is delighted to host “Unplugged at The Hub” at the Music Hub in Penicuik. The gig will take place on the 24th of April at the Music Hub, Bellmans Road in Penicuik. Doors will open at 6:45 for a 7:15 start. Ticket prices are £5. They can be bought from Penicuik public library or on the ticket hotline 07522 860980.

“Unplugged at The Hub” will present young singer/songwriters who record their music at The Sound Cafe as part of a Creative Scotland project. The artists performing will be Daniel Scott, Lilly and Ad, Holly Powers, Alyssa Renwick, Daniel Shearer, Becca Miller and Calvin Arsenia Scott. It’s going to be a really freat night with pleny of young local talent!

Burnt Out Records is a student-run record label from Penicuik High School. They have our own artists who write and record their own music for CDs and have professional artists come to play at our music venue, called The Music Hub.
