Serial Flasher Arrested

A man has been arrested and charged by Lothian & Borders Police in connection with past incidents of ‘indecent exposure’ in Penicuik.

The 29-year-old is accused with four alleged incidents in the Penicuik area. At present it is still unconfirmed if this Man was a Local or indeed from Penicuik and District at all.

He is charged with three alleged offences of sexual exposure and one alleged act of public indecency.

He is remanded in custody and is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
